소리가 나지 않아요

iPhone 볼륨과 블루투스 기기 연결을 확인해 주세요. 앱 오른쪽 위의 소리 버튼이 꺼져 있지 않은지도 확인해 주세요.

화면을 잠그면 소리가 멈춰요

화면을 잠가도 이어지는 것은 ‘잠시 듣기’로 시작한 소리예요. 전화가 오거나 이어폰이 빠지면 소리가 잠시 멈추고, 잠금 화면이나 앱에서 다시 들을 수 있어요.

구매한 쉼터가 잠겨 있어요

잠긴 쉼터를 누르면 나오는 ‘마을 전체 열기’ 화면에서 ‘구매 복원’을 눌러 주세요. 처음 구매한 Apple 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 해요.

환불하고 싶어요

결제와 환불은 Apple이 처리해요. reportaproblem.apple.com에서 요청할 수 있어요.

내 정보가 어디로 가나요

어디로도 가지 않아요. 도롱마을에는 계정, 광고, 분석 도구, 서버가 없어요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침에 있어요.

I can’t hear anything

Check your iPhone volume and whether a Bluetooth device is connected. Also make sure the sound button at the top right of the app isn’t turned off.

The sound stops when I lock my screen

Sound started with “Listen for a while” keeps playing with the screen locked. A phone call or unplugged headphones pause it; you can resume from the Lock Screen or the app.

A place I bought is still locked

Tap a locked place, then tap “Restore Purchase” on the “Open the whole village” screen. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it.

I’d like a refund

Apple handles payments and refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where does my data go?

Nowhere. Dorong Village has no account, ads, analytics, or server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
